Guest Policy and One-Day Passes

The Harrison County YMCA encourages members to bring guests to our facility. However, we ask that you stop by the Front Desk and register your guest. Adult membership has three guest passes while family membership has five passes. When an individual has visited our facility three times, he or she must either purchase a membership or purchase a one-day guest pass upon each future visit. Non-member children 12 and under must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian. This applies to all areas of the facility except when they are participating in planned, organized youth programs or activities. Please call the YMCA at 304-623-3303 for prices for one-day passes, which are available at the Front Desk. *One-day passes will not be sold to individuals under 18 years of age to use the Fitness Center or Free Weight Room.

EVERY MONDAY - MEMBERS ONLY. ONE-DAY PASSES WILL NOT BE SOLD.

Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full refund on programs will be made if the YMCA has to cancel the program. Refunds for non-cancelled classes will be granted as follows:
Full refund before first class
50% refund prior to second class
No refund after second class

Class transfers will be granted as follows
72 hours prior to beginning class day.
75% transfer if transferred after 72 hours but still before first class day.
50% transfer prior to second class.
No transfer after second class.

Registration
Due to limited space or imposed pupil/instructor ratios, some classes have limited enrollment. Advance registration is required. A $5 early registration discount will be applied if paid by the following dates: Session I: 12/26/11; Session II: 2/13/12; Session III: 4/2/12
