The Harrison County YMCA helps kids of all ages, incomes, abilities, races and religions develop values and increase self-esteem. Children and families who cannot afford to pay the full cost of programs or membership need the experiences the YMCA offers as much as those who can afford it.

Annually, we disburse over $100,000 in scholarships. Your donation to our annual campaign will provide the tools to help children and families grow to their fullest potential in spirit, mind and body. Every penny donated to the campaign is used for scholarships.

The YMCA offers programs that emphasize four key values I our young people: honesty, respect, responsibility and caring. Through swimming lessons, youth sports, teen leadership programs, childe care programs and other activities, we work to instill not just skills, but to increase self-esteem and interpersonal relationship skills. This campaign’s success depends on the charitable contributions of friends like you.
