Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy can be enjoyed at the YMCA. A wide variety of therapies are offered to relieve the stresses of life from both home and work. Call 623-3303 for scheduling information.

Members: $30/half hr.; $50/hr. Non-members: $35/half hr.; $55/hr.
Seniors (60+): Members: $20/half hr.; $40/hr. Non-members: $25/half hr.; $45/hr.
Seat Chair Massage: 15 minutes for $15




Pool and Building Rental
Want a fun place to have a party? Try the YMCA pool! It's a great place for lock-ins, birthday parties and much more. Contact Kim at the Front Desk for reservations, fees and restrictions.




Birthday Parties
Make your next Birthday Party a pool party at the “Y.” Spend an hour in the pool followed by an hour in the party room with your refreshments. Held on weekends, the cost is $55 per party for members and $85 per party for non-members. The maximum attendance for each party is 20. The birthday child receives a complimentary YMCA party t-shirt.




Babysitting at Both Branches
This "drop-in" service for ages 8 and under is available to YMCA members and non-members while participating in classes or working out.
Members: 2 hrs free per day, then $1/hr. thereafter.
Non-members: $1/child/hr.

Fitness Center and Free Weight Room
The Fitness Center is available to members age 14 and older. At the Lowndes Hill Branch, members, ages 8-13, when accompanied by a parent, may use the cardio equipment and the Bee Fit Stationary weights after an orientation. The free weights are available to members age 15 years of age and older. One-day passes WILL NOT be sold to individuals under the age of 18 for the Fitness Center and Free Weight Areas. Appropriate work out clothing is required and respect of equipment is expected.
